On behalf of the State Center Community College District Board of Trustees, I want to congratulate Chancellor Dr. Stuart Van Horn on his upcoming retirement. He has been an innovative partner that has brought access and affordability to West Hills Community College District and to students in California, with his statewide roles as a leader in the Central Valley Higher Education Consortium. He will be missed and we wish him luck in his next endeavor.
