The preliminary injunction motion will be heard on June 9.

State Center Community College District joined the California Community Colleges in filing a suit against the Secretary of Education for her arbitrary exclusion of hundreds of thousands of California community college students from access to CARES Act emergency student aid. We are represented in this action by California Attorney General Xavier Becerra.
