The email should state your name and your comment topic. When public comment is opened, priority will be given to those persons who provided advanced notice of their intent to offer public comment and your name will be called during the meeting. If you are unable to send an email, you may call (559) 243-7131 before 3:30 p.m. on April 7, 2020, to reserve your slot for public comment.

Emailed comments that address an issue within the board's jurisdiction will be read during the public comment period. Emailed public comments are subject to the same time requirements as live public comments.

Members of the public who offer public comment must provide a name so that their comments may be associated with the name given. Members of the public are cautioned not to provide misleading names that would cause others to wrongly attribute their comments to specific persons (i.e., please do not pretend to be someone else so that your comments are attributed to that person).
