About State Center Community College District

State Center Community College District (SCCCD) currently includes four community colleges and two educational centers: Fresno City College, Reedley College, Clovis Community College, Madera Community College, Madera Community College at Oakhurst, and the Career and Technology Center. SCCCD serves approximately 1.7 million people across more than 5,500 square miles, including most of Fresno and Madera counties and parts of Kings and Tulare counties. We are committed to empowering our colleges in their efforts to promote exemplary educational opportunities and to provide safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments leading to student success and global competitiveness which will transform our region.

Trustee Area Redistricting Town Hall

State Center Community College District will hold virtual town hall meetings on November 10, 2021, at 12:00 p.m., and on December 6, 2021, at 5:30 p.m., to review and discuss proposed changes to the District’s trustee area boundaries. The town halls will be held via Zoom. All are welcome to attend and provide feedback on the proposed adjustments.

Public Forums for Chancellor Finalists

State Center Community College District (SCCCD) Trustees announced the schedule of the virtual public forums for the finalists in the SCCCD Chancellor Search. Students, faculty, staff, administrators and the community are invited to meet and learn more about the three finalists during virtual open forums scheduled for Monday, October 25, 2021.

SCCCD and University of Phoenix Offer 3+1 Transfer Pathway Program for Bachelor of Science Degrees

State Center Community College District graduates can save money transferring their applicable credits towards a bachelor’s degree from University of Phoenix, thanks to a new agreement between the two institutions.
