Notice of Public Hearing

State Center Community College District

On June 12, 2018, the Board of the State Center Community College District adopted by a 7-0 vote Resolution 2018.10 of the District’s intention to grant easements to Pacific Gas & Electric at Reedley College. Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at 4:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as practicable, at a regularly scheduled public meeting of the State Center Community College District Board of Trustees, which will be held at the District Office, Board Room, 1525 E. Weldon Avenue, Fresno, CA 93704, the Board will consider dedicating easements to Pacific Gas & Electric for electrical services to Kings Canyon Unified School District’s Reedley College Middle High School at Reedley College. At the July 3, 2018 meeting, the Board will hold a public hearing on and consider a resolution to adopt an easement dedication required by Education Code sections 81310 and 81312 regarding easement dedication for secondary education. The resolution, agreement and supporting documents will be included with the Board's regular public agenda for the Tuesday, July 3, 2018 meeting.
