You can use Starfish to Request help with a variety of topics. You can even provide us with specific details about what you need help with. After requesting assistance in Starfish, you will receive an automatically generated message with basic information about the topic to help you connect with the available resources. Your college will be notified of your request, helping us to connect with you about your individual needs.
How to use Request assistance:
- Log into your Starfish Account using your single-sign-on credentials.
- Use the top left navigation menu and select Request Assistance
- Use the drop down to select the item you would like help with.
