Mission

The State Center Community College District Human Resources department is committed to supporting the strategic goals of the District by providing optimal, comprehensive and efficient human resources services, exceeding the expectations of our board of trustees, employees, students, and communities we serve. We are dedicated to establishing equitable processes and procedures and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws pertaining to personnel matters. We partner with the Personnel Commission to ensure selection and retention efforts attract and retain high quality academic and classified professionals.
