Parking Enforcement

SCCCD PD will reintroduce the enforcement of parking at all SCCCD Campuses. Beginning in the Fall semester of 2023, a parking permit or daily permit will be required to park at all SCCCD Campuses. Drivers must display the semester's permit in plain view with all numbers and markings clearly visible through the windshield. Registered Motorcycles will park for free in designated areas.

The campuses have designated parking spaces exclusive for Motorcycle parking at most parking lots. Motorcycles registered with PMB can park in these areas for free. If motorcyclists choose to park in a regular car stall, they must have a valid parking permit (Semester or Daily). When purchasing a vehicle permit, the buyer can also register a motorcycle.

Drivers who use on-campus parking facilities must purchase a college or SCCCD parking permit. SCCCD parking permits may be used at all SCCCD campuses. Enforcement for parking permits will begin on the first day of class for Staff and specialized parking. Student parking lots will have a one-week grace period at the start of each session.

Permits must always be visible in Cars, SUVs, Vans, Pickups, etc. Registered Motorcycles will be verified with a visible license plate. Handicapped parking is free, but requires a DMV Disabled Person/Disabled Veteran Placard or plate.

A Parking Permit will be required for the Fall 2023 Semester at all SCCCD Campuses.

Students, Faculty, and Staff must create an account on MyCampusPermit.com and provide their vehicle's License Plate Number, Make, Model, and Color. Failure to obtain a valid parking permit may result in a citation. For help with your permit, call 1-800-700-4417 or visit MyCampusPermit.com.
